PISCO SOUR.png

PISCO SOUR

Ingredients

  • 60 ml of Pisco Vargas

  • 30 ml of fresh lime juice

  • 15 ml of simple syrup

  • 1 egg white

  • Ice

How to Prepare

  • In a shaker, add Pisco Vargas, lime juice, simple syrup, and one egg white.

  • Shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds.

  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.

  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.

  • Finish with a few drops of Angostura bitters and a slice of lime.

PISCO PUNCH

Ingredients

- (60 ml) de Pisco Vargas
- (30 ml) de suco de abacaxi
- (15 ml) de suco de limão fresco
- (15 ml) de xarope simples
- Club soda
- Gelo

How to Prepare

  • Fill a highball glass with ice.

  • Add Pisco Vargas, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the glass.

  • Stir gently.

  • Top with club soda.

  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.

CHILCANO

Ingredients

  • 60 ml of Pisco Vargas

  • 15 ml of fresh lime juice

  • 15 ml of simple syrup

  • Ginger ale

  • Ice

How to Prepare

  • Fill a highball glass with ice.

  • Add Pisco Vargas, lime juice, and simple syrup to the glass.

  • Stir gently.

  • Top with ginger ale.

  • Garnish with a slice of lime.
