Crafted with pisco grapes selected from our vineyards located in the Cañete and Ica valleys. These grapes are pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to achieve the best flavor. Distilled in our copper stills, this process results in a taste appreciated and recognized by connoisseurs.


PERÚ LIBRE
Ingredients

60ml Queirolo Quebranta Pure Pisco

5 ice cubes

5ml lime juice

1 lime slice

150ml (5 fl oz) cola
How to Prepare
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, add Queirolo Quebranta Pure Pisco, lime juice, and a lime wheel. Top off with soda and serve with a stirrer.
PISCO AZEDO
Ingredients

7 ice cubes

120ml Queirolo Quebranta Pure Pisco

30ml simple syrup

30ml lime juice
-
1/2 egg white
-
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
How to Prepare
Fill the shaker with 6 ice cubes and let it chill for 1 minute. Discard the ice, then add Queirolo Quebranta Pure Pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, egg white, and the remaining ice cubes. Shake for 8 to 10 seconds and strain into 2 chilled glasses. Garnish each glass with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.


CHILCANO
Ingredients

15ml (0.5 oz) lime juice

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

5 ice cubes

296ml (10 fl oz) chilled ginger ale

1 slice of lime
How to Prepare
Place the ice cubes, Queirolo Quebranta Pure Pisco, lime juice, and Angostura bitters in a tall glass. Gently press the lime slice with a teaspoon to release its oils. Top off with ginger ale.
